Company Profile

	Multimax Group has been actively engaged in property development since 1975. Multimax Group consists of several subsidiary companies such as Kuan Chiun Sdn Bhd which had developed a mixed property development project named Taman Beringin in Senai, Johor in year 1995. It was all sold out.
	Another subsidiary, Gunung Kulai Development Sdn Bhd., had developed Taman Gunung Pulai which is located in Kulai, Johor.The Phase I that consists of 475 units of mixed property development project also achieved a 100%-sold status. In the end of year 2004, the newly launched phase 2 made a positive impact to the Kulai Property market which created goodwill and become the talk of the town. It is also the first housing developer in Kulai to develop a 2-Storey Terrace House with Mezzanine Floor with 6 bedrooms.
	The 70 acres Taman Tropika development is located in the busy road side of 23rd miles of Federal Road No. 1 (Jalan Johor Bahru-Ayer Hitam), Kulai, Johor. The Phase 1 of the project had received an overwhelming demand due to its modernly designed houses and residential gated community. The dual-frontage commercial units (2, 3 & 3 ½ storey Shop Offices) have also been well received by the public. Phase 2 Double Storey Terrace House is now completed with C.F.O.
